About Cindy Bruna

For the past 10 years, Cindy Bruna has been a household name in the world of fashion. It was on a summer’s day in 2011 that Cindy was spotted on the beach in her native Saint Raphaël. After securing her Baccalauréat diploma, Cindy moved to Paris, where her career quickly took off.

In New York, Cindy caught the eye, or rather the lens, of renowned photographer Steven Meisel. The young woman was featured on the cover of Italian Vogue. She then went on to shoot Prada’s global campaign, becoming the 3rd black woman to be chosen by the brand.

From then on, one contract followed another: With her unique beauty and perfect measurements Cindy walked exclusively for Calvin Klein becoming the first black woman to walk for the famous designer. She later joined Victoria’s Secret, becoming an iconic Angel who walked the catwalk annually for the legendary lingerie brand for 6 consecutive years.

The top designers took an interest in Cindy Bruna, and she found herself propelled into the closed circle of topmodels parading in Paris, New York, London and Milan.

In 2018, Cindy becomes the godmother of the Association Solidarité Femmes and becomes a spokesperson for this cause dear to her heart.

In 2020, Cindy Bruna is now the new ambassador for L'Oréal Paris. She is the first French model to become the brand's muse since 2000.

In 2022, Cindy Bruna publishes her first book, "Le jour où j'ai arrêté d'avoir peur", recounting her personal experience of domestic violence.
